Get fit on the beach at The St. Regis Bal Harbour. The resort offers V-Art of Wellness workout sessions led by husband and wife team Christopher and Tracie Wright Vlaun. The fitness camp begins with interval aerobic and functional strength training, core conditioning, plyometrics, cardio-boxing and body sculpting. The second half of the hour-long camp features Wright Vlaun’s aerobic vinyasa yoga. The high-energy workout is performed to upbeat music.
